The house
sits on a corner lot (Centennial Ave. and Denver St.) The
gravel driveway will hold two vehicles with trailers.
You'll
often see the deer that come down to get crabapples.
The 12-foot-high
solid oak doors to the sunroom were salvaged from the Bullock
Hotel. Hardwood flooring used throughout was rescued from
the old Newel High School. Banks of six foot tall windows
and skylights upstairs and down transfer the marvelous views
indoors for a bright and airy atmosphere.
