Policies

Parking: Off street parking is provided at the home for up to four vehicles or two vehicles with trailers. Absolutely no street parking is available in this neighborhood (not a unique situation in Deadwood); parking limitations at the nearby Deadwood library are strictly enforced. The City of Deadwood maintains a public parking lot on Hwy 85 behind Deadwood Lumber (0.6 mi) for over size vehicles and trailers. Also, a secure well lighted parking garage -- Main Street Parking Ramp -- is located 2 blocks north and can be accessed from Main Street by going west on Wall Street right across from the Bullock. Parking in the Hwy 85 lot is free and the garage is $5/day. Note that the garage is accessible only to standard size automobiles and SUVs. Public transportation is available between most locations in Deadwood.
Noise: Lessee agrees to keep noise minimal and in accordance to city ordinance and neighborly respect.
Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed outside only if care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper place and not on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for clean-up. If there has been smoking in the home, you will be charged for professional cleaning.

Amenities: The home is equipped to provide enough towels, bedding, condiments, cookware and tableware for the maximum occupancy of this home. You may want to bring your own favorite toys, games, personal and entertainment items Amenities include portable gas grill (for outside use), deck with view, lawn furniture, blender, crockpot, toaster, electric coffee maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, hairdryers, phone (local service only), cable TV, VCR, sunroom, clawfoot tub.
